Had a busy day with a lot of homework to get done, so I didn't have a chance to make it over to the ARC. Probably could have run, but thought I'd give my Achilles one more day to heal just to be safe. Running is going to be interesting in the first half of this week because I've got several tests and projects to finish. I'll find time to get everything in. Excited for Nationals this weekend. Hopefully I'll be physically able to race then!
