On the mill at the Y before work due to work team dinner this afternoon. Pretty uneventful. This really seemed to drag. The gym was pretty empty this morning, so not too many people to watch :/. Ate McDonald's for dinner and it felt like my stomach was rotting away this morning.
Started at 8.0 and went up 0.1 every 5'. Finished at 8.8. All at 0.5%
Rolled afterwards. Short on time so pushed leg strength.
