Notes

Woke up this morning and actually got out of bed for the first time all week. Had every intention of running, but it was raining, so I decided to have a cup of coffee and finish the book I've been reading (iRobot- Isaac Asimov). The drizzling rain finally broke, and I got out the door. Wanted to keep today a bit shorter/easier, so only went 45'. Looped out the back of my neighborhood and did a big loop on the brand new sidewalk in Charlie Brown Park. Then went back up my neighborhood and down Cuba to Chapel Hill. Looped around there and added on a bit more before heading home. Legs felt very refreshed, probably from the easier day yesterday and the leisurely morning today. Held a pretty quick, consistent pace effortlessly.

Rolled out afterwards. Focused on my tight left hammie. I'll work it again later.

hooray for reading!! How is it? I've heard so much about Isaac Asimov but I sort of wrote him off as an old literary writer.

If you're a sci-fi fan, then I would definitely recommend. It was a little dry, but had a lot of really cool, thought-provoking issues. It also gave an interesting look into how people thought the future would turn out. I'm planning to read more Asimov; specifically his Foundation series.
