Solo LR in the early afternoon. Woke up really exhausted this morning, so ended up putting this off for a while. Finally got myself out the door and had a decent run. Ended up doing the Alpine Loop backwards from my house, then adding on back in Chestnut Corners on the way back home. Legs were tired from the race yesterday, but once I got going on this, it was mostly smooth sailing. Last 2ish miles were a bit of a struggle, I was very ready to be done. Saw Hanson driving at like mile 2. Also, ran behind Nicole Syverson for like 2 miles along Acorn before I finally passed her. Pretty quiet run all in all.
Rolled out afterwards. Calves were sore.
