Easy solo run out to Statues. Had a senior design conference call during practice, so had to go out alone. Probably for the best, I wasn't exactly sure how my ankle would feel, so I was able to do my own thing. It was a pretty nice day out with warm temps and less wind than there has been the past week or so. Cruised along pretty good and just hovered in a comfortable 6:4X pace. Nice to enjoy the day and just relax. Ankle was feeling good, so decided to do the whole loop.
Had to run to class/meetings so no supplemental stuff right after the run.
Hurdle mobility later at night. Hips felt good and loose. I can definitely feel myself being at least a bit more mobile!
