Easy hour on the treadmill. Wanted a longer effort since it is LR day, so did this on the mill so I could stop if my achilles started acting up on me. Kept the pace real easy from the start. First 30 min were at 8.3, then bumped up the pace every 5 min from 8.5 to 9.0 and then bumped it up 0.1 every min for the last 5. Felt incredibly smooth throughout this entire run. Achilles never bothered me whatsoever. Probably back out on the roads tomorrow thankfully. Decided to call it at an hour so as not to overdo anything.
Passed the time today with the Miami-Pittsburg football game, and G.K.M.C. and 2014 Forest Hills Drive. Bad football game and some good music.
Rolled out for a while afterwards.
