Quick turnaround for this run, but Shawn wanted to run this morning, and I couldn't pass up a bit of company. He's off work this week and still woke up at 5:30a to run with me, bless him. He decided to run the full distance with me, so we went off towards the Lake. The pace was v relaxed as we spent more time catching up. Had some very energetic topics thrown in there. It's always an entertaining run with him. Shawn was dying a bit on the way back, so the pace slowed down quite a bit. Not complaining though, it's about time I had some actual easy days. A run or two like this a week would probably do me some real good.
Strides and a nice long roll out afterwards. Had more time this morning before heading out to a customer visit in Oconomowoc, WI. The company's office was on Blue Ribbon Blvd and there was a big sign for Pabst Farms which could only be taken as a good sign.
