Have an exam at 6 so decided to get in a short easy run between class. Legs were still feeling pretty beat, so I kept it short, like I should have done yesterday. Beautiful day outside, although a little windy from the southwest. Enjoyed running at the Arb, got me excited for this fall. Surprised at how good of shape the course was in for how wet its been. Had a nice stretch afterwards.
