Notes
EZ with Adam and Megan after driving to East Lansing for the race tomorrow. Got to town too late and NIRCA had closed the course, so ran on a nearby river trail that was pretty good. Would have liked to explore more. Legs were really tight from the car ride, so it was nice to get out and get moving. Really cold at the start - toes were losing feeling on the drive up and had to change outside in the cold. Warmed up after a mile or so. Almost got locked in the preserve we were in.
Knee was aite. Felt fine for about 2 miles, but then I felt it start to pull and it gradually got worse. Never super painful, but noticeable.
Stretched afterwards. Went to the Davis pasta party afterwards.
