Notes
Met up with Ryan at York for LR. It was much cooler this morning, so forced into wearing a long sleeve. Went out west with the wind and felt pretty good. Started getting a bit tired on the return journey, and was pretty gassed by the last couple of miles. Ryan did a good job of pulling me through though. Definitely felt better than last week's LR so this was progress. Rained on us a bit coming back, but fortunately avoided the storm for the most part.
Still felt the back of my left knee when I woke up today, but it was a total non-factor on the run. Only feel it when I lock my knee or over extend it. The rest of the day there was still some pain if I tried to irritate it, but already felt better than yesterday. Should be all good in a few days.
Rolled out after I got home.
