WOW. This was a good workout.

When I got to those hill sprints, I realized how much I need a coach:)

The first one was not that bad, but by the 2nd one, half way up, EVERYTHING in my body and head told me to stop runing and sit down. that is a strange feeling. not often you feel THAT tired and sick. I did feel super nautious for the last .3 miles or so on the 2nd and 3rd hill.

But when Joel told me I ran them at a 6:48ish pace, I was pretty darn pleased. I could not have done that 3 mo's ago that's for sure.

I also know that had Joel not been running beside me, I would have stopped. Hence the reason, I hired him:):)

on the 3rd sprint,I actually thought to myself, "will he be mad if I just stop? lol". afterward he asked if I felt like throwing up?
