rpe7-8. Treadmill run. Did not want to run in 98 temps. 10 min warm up 1mile. stretched. Next 2.5 miles 7:24 pace. treadmill always set at 1 degree incline. This closer replicates actaully running outdoors. Running at 0 degree incline closer replicates running slightly downhill. Final 1.5 mile 7:30 pace. HR monitor did not work.
