RPE 7+. I kept this effort easy. Since I had blown my thighs out on yesterdays run, I wanted to ensure I took it easy. So I left everyone run ahead. The run was almost all up and on the return almost all downhill. I felt I could have pushed it. But didnt want to overdoit. Even at an easy effort my HR spiked. Interestingly, on the descent in which I almost felt like I was walking my HR was higher. I cant say it enough how easy of an effort I made this brick bc on my thighs.
