rpe7-8. warm up 400 plus 8x50(25 kick 25 catch up drill) 3x200 descending 100's on 1:45. 100 easy 3x200 build 100 easy 6x50 moderate on 1min 100 easy . I took it easy today and worked on technique. I dropped it down a lane to ensure I kept it easy. I felt a little fatigued in the warm up. All-inall it was a feel good swim primarily bc I did not force the workout...I took it relatively easy.
