RPE 7+. Felt just ok today. Got up Stretched and worked abs. Stretched again right before running. ran smart except last .5 mile+ or so. HR elevated and once I would drop HR I would have HR elevated again. HR first become elevated on the hill at Norbuck park. cadence checked once 93.
