RPE 7-8. Swam bouys at ray hubbard. waves and current not to bad. Relaxed swim. attempted to count stroke cadence every right arm at 35 per 60 secs. Did not fight the waves as I swam into then down the bouys. Relaxed and swam easy to moderate at times.
