Despite only getting a few hours of sleep and feeling like crap before the class, I managed to get through it. First half of class was 5 rounds of 2 minutes sprint in zone4/5 (incline went up each round and my speed went down), 1 minute manual treadmill push, 1 minute zone 2. Then we did stuff with dumbbells. After class I felt better and more awake but a few hours later I crashed.
