First time back to CrossFit in a couple weeks. Felt good to be back. Snatches did not hurt as much as last time. Used theracane between attempts. Foolishly thought that a descending ladder wouldn't be so bad. By the time I got to 4 reps i did NOT want to do any more push jerks. I took a lot of breaks. I think I was trying to avoid doing more push jerks, heh. Coach Jessica said my push jerks looked good. I think my shoulders might be hunching in on the kb swings must watch that. Think this might be the first ime I used the 35#kb.
