Sigh. Right shoulder is still bothering me a little bit so kept snatches light. I think maybe I could have gone heavier but mentally I'm afraid to because of shoulder. Anyway, still not really doing full squat snatches so staying lighter is probably better for working on technique.
Haven't gotten over box jump fear since my lovely crash several weeks ago. This is the 1st workout I've done that has had any box jumps. I used the blue cushioned block for mental comfort. One the plus side 18" is higher than the 16" I used to do. But I don't know if I could do them on a regular box. During the 1st set of box jumps I was freaking out a bit and my heart was beating like crazy.
First time doing glute ham raises. My right hamstring is super tight/sore so I didn't know how I'd do with these but they were OK. Did them on the GHD.
Did ring rows on my own to work on back strength to help stabilize shoulder.
