Friday the 13th WOD
First we did some low back squats. Tried to do heavier weight.

13 Minute AMRAP:
13 Ring Dips [black band on Roman chair]
13 Burpee Wall Jumps [sucked]
13 Russian KB Swing 1.5/1pd [25#]
13 Farmers Carry Steps with two Bumper Plates 45/25lb [15#]
3 rounds + 1 burpee
The ring dips hurt my time just because I suck at getting into the band. Must wear different pants when I see ring dips on the schedule. Wall jump burpees also slowed me down big time.
