Eh. Kind of weird workout. Decided to do run/walk intervals b/c I wasn't feeling so motivated to run. Thought 2 min run/1 min walk would be good. Not today. The run parts were too short for me. One of the reasons I like running is the rhythmic repetition; I find it relaxing. This run was not relaxing. Also I don't think my knees cared for switching from run to walk to run so often. But I think this kind of workout might be good once in awhile. Listened to The Extra Mile podcast. Awesome weather today, wore shorts & short sleeves and felt kind of warm! Includes 10 minutes of warm up of random jogging & walking. Generally feel tired today.
