Briefly thought about not going today because of the runs but I knew that avoiding runs wasn't the answer. Probably not the best technique always on the balls slams. During last set of push presses I was kind of regretting adding the little 1.25# plates. At least one push jerk snuck in there but I still counted it. I'm a cheater. On a brighter note, my shoulder did not bother me at all during workout. Afterwards did feel a little sore though.
