Hmm, back in June we did 8x2 DL and I did those at 133#. Today I tried #133 but felt my form was breaking so I scaled down to 128#. Chances are my form wasn't the best in June. We are starting a 15 week strength cycle today, starting with deadlifts. Next we do 5RM. Deadlifts kind of mystify me because I'm not sure what is my weak point with them. Maybe everything.

The kb wod was kind of fun but also challenging. The clean & PP were harder with my right arm due to shoulder issues. With my left 18# felt a tad light.
