Had chiro adjustment before class.
Perhaps should have gone heavier with less reps for back squats. i really suck at figuring out what weight I should use and tend to be on the wimpy side. Coach Justin said to choose a weight that we could do at least 12 reps with. i was actually a little surprised I could do more than one pull up with the green + purple bands. Before the wod I was thinking that perhaps I should not do the burpees because of my shoulder. But being the fool I am, I went ahead and did them anyway. I think that in the future I will not do them until my shoulder is 100%. Shoulder is better now and the chiro has gotten shoulder into a much better position but with the way I do burpees I am aggravating something (supraspinatus?). Oh, one guy was doing the DUs BACKWARDS. He said it was easier for him that way.
