Notes

30 day shred level 1 sans cardio. This is starting to feel easy so I increased the weight in the combo move in first set and increased reps for some of the other exercises. I'm a little perplexed by the clicking sound in my left shoulder. Kind of sounds like the sounds my knees make when I do squats and lunges. Hope I'm not developing arthritis. Need to check out level 2 still.
