Notes

Don't know why but just didn't feel like doing the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga like I normally would. So tried out the beginning workout from The Hard CORE Club (http://thehardcoreclub.blogspot.com/p/beginning-core.html). Some moves were fairly easy, some not so. I think shoulder taps and side planks are the toughest for me.
