Strength:
20 min to establish a 7RM Back Squat
stuck with 15kg, could feel pulling in my shoulder so I was afraid to add weight
Conditioning:
12 Minute AMRAP:
2 Shoulder Press 115/85lb [4# PVC]
4 Push Jerk [4# PVC]
20 Double Unders [tuck jumps with speed balls]
Back squats felt good, except for the bit of pulling on right shoulder. Focused on form since weight was so light.
I will need to use the speed balls more for practicing DUs. Using them really highighted how my turning goes wrong.
