Kind of enjoyed this EMOTM. Excited to hit 50# for OHS.

Conditioning WOD, ack. 2 things I totally suck at. For the 1st two rounds I tried the 10# wall ball but it felt like that was going to take forever and tire me out faster. The lateral jumps are supposed to be in quick succession but I was doing them one at a time slowly. The most I would ever string together is 2. I think mostly a mental thing because I fear tripping over the barbell.
