attempted progressions. Not even good at those. Need to work on being able to hold dip in the bottom position. Totally cannot do this. Wah.

Conditioning:

Every 90 seconds complete the following set of movements for 10 Rounds:

15 Double Unders [singles]

10 Toes to Bar [attempts]

10 Goblet Squat 1.5/1pd [26#]

*record the number of rounds the entire set was completed within 90 seconds.

Did singles rather than DU attempts because I would have never gotten to anything else otherwise. TTB terrible as always. My hands hurt right now. I think I may have to try jumping up to bar rather than using box. I think part of TTB problem is that I am afraid I will fall off bar and then hit the box. But also other part of problem is that I'm weak lol. Must have had at least 100 TTB attempts today (including warm up); I'm happy that my hands weren't torn to shreds. Goblet squats were fairly easy.
