1 rep Overhead Squat

1 rep Snatch

Keep weight the same for all 3 reps per round. Add weight per round if desired.

6 x 50 yard sprints

*rest 90 seconds between efforts.

There is some possibility that I could power snatch a tad heavier but my OHS and squat snatches are terrible so it seemed pointless to try to go heavier. And mentally this was freaking me out. A few weeks ago I saw a youtube video of someone falling over while doing a snatch. I'm psychologically scarred now.
