Liked this workout, except for the wall balls, which I absolutely suck at.
Before push presses, we did a bit of handstand practice. Or in my case, "put hands on floor and try to kick legs up" practice. Think there might have been a couple attempts where I managed to support my body weight for half a second. I've got mental issues with the handstand. Goes against the laws of nature for me to be upside down.
