2 Front Squat 155/105lb [40#]

3 Push Press 155/105lb [40#]

15 Sit Ups

6 rounds + 2 front squat

Post WOD:

50 Good Mornings (Barbell or Band) [red band]

DUs didn't go well. I think I was overthinking it. Mentally I was not ready for box jumps today. Minute seemed to last forever. For push ups, I lifted knees off floor after coming up.

WOD was okay but my abs started to resent the sit ups after about 4th round. I could probably clean and push press heavier but my weak front squat limited my weight.
