tried to do negative hang but couldn't get over bar, wasn't using bands.

tried 32kg but didn't couldn't get it up nicely. some pressing involved.

12 Minute AMRAP:

7 Thrusters 95/65lb [35#]

7 Ball Slams 30/20lb [20#]

4 rounds, but not really sure if last run was full run. Clock was zero when I came into gym so probably not.

Today during the WOD I tried to stay focused on form, especially for thrusters. Worked on squatting deep instead of speed.
