Even though I'm not competing I went to the rowing clinic that CrossFit Rise is having for people participating in an upcoming competition. I need all the rowing help I can get!
We warmed up by rowing 500m, then 300m, then 100m, alternating with a partner.
Workout was
2 rounds of 4 min
2 rounds of 2 min
2 rounds of 1 min
with 1 min transition time with partner
so 1st person rows 4 min, then 1 min transition time, then 2nd person rows 4 min, etc.
Score is total distance: 2775m.
Yup, slowest person there.
