Hot and humid today, was probably low 90s. And sunny. But oddly enough the 200m run with med ball didn't seem too bad.

I'm a little annoyed with myself for not going heavier with the squats. I guess was worried about doing the 10 reps. 63# was a tad challenging but I bet I could have gone a wee bit heavier. Squatting down to the box was no problem.

Probably took too many rests during the WOD. After the last sprint I was feeling rather woozy recovered fairly quickly.
