First time doing floor presses, which are like a bench press but from the floor. These were tough and now I know how weak my chest truly is. The last 2 sets I needed help with the last couple reps. I also had to spot a guy and really did not feel confident doing that.
For the WOD, I'm surprised I managed 53#. The first couple sets were tough because my fingers were getting bent too far back. Toes to bar were terrible as usual.
