For deadlifts probably did last 2 or 3 sets at 133#. Thought about trying heavier but could tell my form was breaking down so stuck with #133.

Didn't think I could do 45# snatches but they weren't so bad. Did struggle some. My DUs have regressed greatly. Well, I thought I had been getting some but now I think perhaps I was mistaken. I sense Coach Justin is a bit disappointed in my lack of DU progress + my lack of practicing DUs on my own.
