Fun workout today. Need to work on catching cleans better. For the WOD, I tried to focus on a big shrug. Was pleased that doing 8 unbroken wasn't that hard. The rowing was burning up my glutes. Speed continues to elude me though.

TTB, I think I'm getting my feet up higher. Well, at least the for first 5. Things went downhill from there. Coach Justin says I need to use my lats more.
