Mid 30s and sunny but windy. I started off very cautiously because my left knee has been very cranky these past couple weeks. For the 1st two miles I had 2 alternating thoughts: 1. I hate wind. 2. My knee is eff'd up. I need to see a doctor.
By end of 2nd mile, knee was feeling better. Part of me thinks my knee has been hurting more because I have not been running. Or it's because I haven't been doing as much foam rolling. When I run more, I do more rolling. Run itself was pretty relaxed and I enjoyed being outside. Didn't look at Garmin at all until the end and then I saw how slowly I was going. But I enjoyed myself so it's all good. I definitely need to be running more.
