4 Rounds – each for time:
10 Pull Ups [blue/green]
15 Push Ups [kneeling]
20 Sit Ups
25 Air Squats
(Rest precisely 2 min between rounds and post each individual time.)
3:15, 3:04, 3:30, 3:29
I am not a fan of running clock workouts with rest periods because I suck at figuring out the times. So may numbers may not be entirely accurate.
I think I what really killed my time were the sit ups; they take me forever. I was waaaay slower than everyone else as usual.
