9 Air Squats / 9 Ring Dips [blue band on roman chair]
Perform Air Squats on Rounds 1, 3, 5 and Ring Dips on Rounds 2, 4, 6
2+ 2 clean
1+ 1 ring dip
2+ 6 push up
1+ 2 push up
2+ 4 push up
1+ 1 ring dip
1st workout in almost 2 wks. Should have used easier band than blue. Dips were tough. Did not feel like I was catching bar on shoulders.
