Sunny. Mid 40s. Wore shorts & long sleeves. Forgot sunglasses. Listened to music. Felt like I was battling crosswinds most of the time. Legs felt kind of dead. Overall didn't feel like I had much energy. I think my blood sugar was on a downward trend before I headed out. Tomorrow I will be volunteering at the Hot Chocolate race expo, yay!
