Notes
Put off running today until it was warmer (low 40s). Sunny. Wore long sleeve shirt, tights, gloves. Had no real plan for the run. Was thinking 3 miles. Halfway through I decided I felt good enough to go longer. At some point, figured if I applied myself I could do 5 miles in just under an hour for the 2nd time ever. I was starting to wonder if I had ever really done it before. Boom Boom Pow came on at the perfect moment, last mile, to help push me through.
