Bob Harper Pure Burn Super Strength DVD.

Got this DVD awhile ago. Kids are on spring break and were very resistant to being in gym childcare while I went to TEAM Fitness. So being the nice (and lazy) mother I am, I decided to skip TEAM and do the DVD instead.

I liked the workout. Seems like a pretty good total body strength workout but I think my arms felt it the most. I used 5lb dumbbells. I need to get cushier ones (or find my gloves) because some of the moves hurt with metal dumbbells. Like the weighted t-stands. Those were kind of a fail. Towards the end, the DVD gets goofy with the grunts of the models.
