Notes

Bob Harper Pure Burn Super Strength DVD. Felt odd desire to do this DVD today. Couldn't find my gloves so wimped out on the weighted t-stands at the end and didn't do them with weights. Also did the modified version. Used 5lb dumbbells. Today I noticed that Bob has a goofy laugh in this DVD. And that Stephanie has these facial expressions of excruciating pain, which seem a bit over the top. The lunges were really bothering my left knee so I did those halfway.
