Strength:

Every even minute for 10 minutes:

3 Squat Clean & Jerks @ 80% [50# clean only]

Every odd minute for 10 minutes:

15 Burpees [14 burpee walk outs no push up per round]

*record C&J weight and total time required to complete burpees

Conditioning:

For Max Reps:

1 minutes ME KB Snatch 24/16kg [8 dumbbell bicep curls @ 15#]

then

8 minute AMRAP of:

8 Lateral Box Jumps 20″ [step up and over]

16 OH Walking Lunges 45/25lb (plate) [15#]

24 Hand Release Pushups [knees]

then

1 minutes ME KB Snatch 24/16kg [18 dumbbell bicep curls @ 10#]

*record kb snatches, AMRAP reps and kb snatches

2 rounds + 2 box overs

Cleans were ugly. I probably should have used lighter weight. Really struggled to get my elbows up.

Couldn't do KB snatches at all, not even with the left arm.

HRPU were tough, took me forever.
