Pistols, Candlesticks, Burpees, Double Unders

Conditioning:

10 Minute AMRAP:

10 Pistols (alternating) [one leg sit & stand from 15" blue box]

15 Burpees [burpee walk outs, no push up]

30 Double Unders [avg 2 per round]

3 rounds + 1 pistol

Good lord, pistols are hard. Could really feel those in my butt. Actually got some DUs in a wod! First round 1, second round 2, third round 5. Strung 2 together in a double single single fashion.
