Was apprehensive about the snatches because I think the last time I attempted them I couldn't even do them and had to sub presses. But today went much, much better and I felt like I was getting the hang of them. Was also worried about box jumps because calves/achilles are super tight. Coach wanted me to try 18in box jumps but because of the tightness I was afraid to. Before class I worked on them with a barbell and that was a big help. But now after class they are tight again so I need to roll them out.
