Deadlifts, worked on form, cautiously adding weight. Trainer declared 83# as my max. I did 3 reps at that weight.

Push press, I have no idea what the weight was. I have 125kg written down but that is clearly wrong.

Row, I am starting to feel like I understand the technique better. Today I felt like I was getting better at using my legs rather than just pulling with arms.

After the workout, I stuck around to practice double unders. I was feeling pretty obsessed. A couple times I was able to string together some singles and doubles, up to 4 doubles with 2 or 3 singles in between. I was very amazed.
