I feel like such a weakling. Tried doing the thrusters with 35# but that was just too heavy. I think I have butt amnesia (trainer says it is a real affliction); I never feel like my glutes are working. I pretty much hated every minute of the thrusters.
High point was that I did my first double under today! Trainer said I was doing the single unders too fast and also advised to remember to rebound quickly after turning the rope.
